Shipping Destinations
HI-NEW-TEX currently fulfills online orders for delivery within the United States. Depending on product availability and order destination, orders may ship directly from our fulfillment partners in China.
Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and delivered within approximately 7 business days from the date the order is placed. This estimated timeframe includes both order processing and transportation.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier capacity, severe weather, holidays, remote destinations, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using standard delivery services provided by third-party carriers selected by HI-NEW-TEX or our fulfillment partners.
The carrier and shipping method may vary depending on the product’s size, weight, destination, and available delivery routes. Inflatable furniture, tents, and other oversized products may require specialized parcel or oversized-item delivery services.
Shipping Charges
HI-NEW-TEX currently provides free standard shipping within the United States. The standard shipping charge for eligible orders is US$0.
If an address requires non-standard delivery, special handling, address correction, or redelivery, we will contact the customer before collecting any additional charge whenever reasonably possible.
Duties and Taxes
Any applicable sales taxes, import duties, or other charges collected through Shopify will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Where available, orders may be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. The applicable duty and tax treatment will be stated at checkout or in the order confirmation.
If an unexpected customs charge, shipping restriction, or delivery-route issue affects an order, we will contact the customer when reasonably possible.
Large or Bulky Products
Inflatable furniture, tents, and other large products may use specialized packaging and shipping services.
Customers should ensure that the delivery address can receive oversized parcels. Large and bulky products are also subject to the conditions and restrictions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please review the shipping address and order information carefully before completing checkout.
Cancellation or address-change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before the order enters fulfillment.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address, modify the order, or cancel the shipment.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email when it becomes available.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel. A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the shipment has stopped moving.
Delivery Issues
If an order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the product
- Photos of the outer and inner packaging
- A clear photo of the shipping label
Please keep all packaging materials and the affected product until the claim has been reviewed. HI-NEW-TEX may require additional information before providing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
