Refund policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. All returns require prior review and authorization. Please contact us or submit a return request before sending anything back. If approved, we will provide an RMA number and the authorized return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the 30-day return window and provide your order number, clear photos or video of the item, the shipping label, and the outer packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the issue. When a return is required for a verified seller-responsible issue, we cover reasonable return shipping. For some low-value items, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring a return.

Change-of-mind returns

Eligible items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all accessories and original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection. Original shipping charges and any duties or taxes are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Large and bulky items

Inflatable furniture, tents, and other bulky products are not eligible for free change-of-mind returns. Items that have been used, damaged, returned incomplete, or are no longer resalable are not eligible for a non-defect return. Any applicable restocking deduction will be disclosed before you authorize the return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Exchanges and replacements

Approved defect or shipping-issue claims may be resolved with a replacement, subject to availability. Other exchanges may be handled as a return followed by a new order.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before fulfillment. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
