At HI-NEW-TEX, we develop each air tent as an integrated shelter system, combining performance textiles, inflatable structural engineering, pressure control, weather protection, and simplified assembly.

01 AIRFRAME™
Inflatable Structural Support System
AIRFRAME™ replaces conventional rigid tent poles with a high-strength inflatable framework made from TPU air chambers and protective textile sleeves.
Once inflated, the air beams form an interconnected geometric structure that supports the tent body and distributes loads throughout the frame.
Because the airframe is already integrated with the shelter, users do not need to identify, connect, and tension multiple metal pole sections before every use.

02 ONE-INFLATE™
Single-Point Inflation System
ONE-INFLATE™ allows the connected airframe to be inflated through one primary inflation point.
During inflation, air moves through the integrated distribution network and fills the connected air beams. Users do not need to inflate every section separately, reducing repetitive steps and allowing the entire structure to rise as one system.
The same connected network also supports faster deflation when it is time to pack the tent away.

03 MULTI-AIR™
Multi-Chamber Safety System
MULTI-AIR™ combines the convenience of a connected inflation system with the security of independently controlled air chambers.
During inflation and deflation, the air chambers communicate through the internal air-distribution network. Once the tent reaches the required pressure, the chamber control valves can be closed to isolate the individual sections.
This means the airframe operates in two different states:
Connected During Inflation
Air travels through the integrated network, allowing the entire frame to be inflated from one primary point.
Independent After Inflation
After the control valves are closed, the chambers retain pressure independently.
If one section is damaged or loses pressure, the remaining isolated chambers continue to support the structure. The airframe is designed to remain standing even if up to two air beams lose pressure.

04 FLEXFRAME™
Flexible Wind-Responsive Structure
Rigid poles resist movement by concentrating force at fixed joints. Inflatable beams respond differently.
FLEXFRAME™ allows the airframe to bend slightly under wind and changing loads, helping distribute pressure through the connected structure. When the load decreases, the beams naturally return toward their original shape.
This flexible response reduces dependence on rigid connection points and helps the shelter adapt to movement rather than resisting every force through a small number of joints.

Wind performance still depends on correct inflation pressure, proper staking, guyline tension, terrain, shelter orientation, and weather conditions. FLEXFRAME™ improves how the structure responds to wind, but it does not replace responsible setup. Apparently even advanced engineering cannot negotiate with badly installed guylines.
05 DURASHIELD™
Dual-Layer Weather Protection System
DURASHIELD™ separates structural air retention from exterior protection.
The internal TPU air chamber holds pressure and forms the structural frame, while the outer high-strength textile sleeve protects the chamber from abrasion, dirt, UV exposure, weather, and repeated outdoor contact.
Each layer is designed to perform a dedicated function.

Textile performance is not an accessory to HI-NEW-TEX products. It is one of the foundations of the entire shelter system.
HNT FABRIC TECH™ combines material engineering with product-specific textile construction to deliver the essential properties required for outdoor use.
Across the HI-NEW-TEX air tent range, our functional textiles are developed to provide:
- High waterproof performance
- High abrasion resistance
- High tear resistance
- Mold and stain resistance
- UV resistance
- Lightweight construction
These properties allow the shelter fabric to protect the internal airframe while also serving as the tent’s exterior weather barrier.
